  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as thoughtful as our gift collections.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Personalized items (like recordable storybooks) cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and hair accessories are final sale

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fragile drinkware with signs of use
  • Collectible figurines with removed certificates
  • Opened boxed Christmas cards

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns
