Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
- Personalized items (like recordable storybooks) cannot be returned
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and hair accessories are final sale
Special Considerations
Due to the delicate nature of these items, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fragile drinkware with signs of use
- Collectible figurines with removed certificates
- Opened boxed Christmas cards

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Processing takes 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item after processing your return.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Allow extra time for international shipping processing
